- "Gourmet Hot Dogs" (Bavarian Smokies with caramelized onions, mango & cilantro relish, BBQ sauce)
- Premium beef burgers (and veggie burgers)
- Dill & Potato salad with sweet mustard (or your choice of other gourmet salad)
- Thai Coleslaw
- Potato chips with Dip
- Desserts include fruit kebabs with dip; and assorted squares
Price is based on each person having both a Smokie and a Burger.
Menu 2 - Picnic on the Water
$25 per person
- Char-grilled cajun and honey chicken skewers (2 per person) with honey and coriander dressing
- Tequila lime salmon brochettes
- Organic pasta salad with feta, sun-dried tomatoes, and artichoke hearts
- Thai Coleslaw
- Greens with goats' cheese and balsamic vinegar
- Fruit kebabs with dip, and assorted desserts including lemon tarts
Menu 3 - Food Fusions Deluxe BBQ
$30 per person
- Soya, garlic and ginger beef skewers (2 per person)
- Wasabi lime mustard chicken
- Grilled vegetable brochettes
- Caesar salad
- Fruity Cous Cous Salad
- Tomato, Bocconcini & Basil Salad
- Fresh fruits with yoghurt; homemade triple-chocolate brownies
All Menus include a bread basket complete with sourdough baguette and foccacia, buns where appropriate, and condiments.
I can also provide a selection of canned drinks at $1.50 each.
